Burundi Shembati is a fresh breeze of coffee from Africa.

All the typical nuances of African coffee can be tasted in this beauty. Shembati offers a flavour of berries that quickly transforms into floral notes with hops in your mouth which is quite typical of Ethiopian coffees. Once the coffee cools down, you can also taste other fresh nuances such as chocolate and malt in the coffee.

You can taste the best parts of Natural processing in this coffee: sweetness and full-bodied mouthfeel. Traditional earthly flavours of Natural processed coffees are absent. Even though the often pleasant flavours provided by fermentation are missing you won’t be disappointed. And why should you? Everything with this coffee is just right.
