Colombia Las Acacias comes from the Antioquia region in South Western Colombia, where growing coffee originally started in Colombia. Co-op Andes is a big coffee producer that operates together with local small farms. The coffee farms are typically passed down in family, but with the help of the big coffee cooperative, their methods have been modernised, which in turn has increased the quality. Kaffa Roastery has acquired this coffee directly from the farm without any middlemen.
