Mexico Las Chicharras
Inka Paahtimo roasts coffee orders twice a week. Orders made by Tuesday 8am are shipped on Wednesday and orders made by Friday 8am are shipped on Monday. Posti’s delivery time is 2-4 business days in Finland.
Las Chicharras plantation is owned by E-Café, a private, independent, non-profit organisation with social policy objectives. E-Café established a school in La Trinitaria, Chiapas, years ago. Today, the school “houses” 157 students in a boarding school model. Compared to other schools in Mexico, the pupils are highly educated, especially in language skills. This is the reason why more than 90% of graduates go on to higher education.

Sumatra Mandheling comes from the island of Sumatra. The volcanic environment and the traditional Gilling Basah -processing give the coffee it's characteristic low acidity and rich mouth feel. Intensive coffee that has nuances of spices and liquorice.
